Where are Kingsmen Couture pieces designed and crafted? Our house bridges two distinct worlds. All of our sharp, architectural silhouettes are conceptualised and managed here in Melbourne, Australia. To bring them to life, we bypass automated mega-factories and partner directly with generational leather artisans in India, who handcraft every single piece.

What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure?

Ready-to-Wear: These are our standard, pre-designed styles built to traditional sizing charts. They are finished and ready to leave the workshop.

Made-to-Measure: This is our bespoke service. We build the jacket from scratch according to your individual body measurements to ensure a flawless, tailored fit.

How do I ensure my measurements are correct for a custom jacket? Because a custom jacket is built specifically for your body, getting the measurements right is critical. We highly recommend having a friend assist you or visiting a local tailor to get these exact numbers.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to leave the workshop?

Ready-to-Wear: We conduct a strict, final physical quality inspection on all standard pieces before handover. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for dispatch.

Made-to-Measure: Because your custom garment is built from raw hide to finished piece entirely by hand, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for artisan crafting and dispatch.

What are your shipping rates and transit timelines? Once your jacket leaves our master workshop, transit times depend on your location and the service you select:

Standard Domestic & Regional (Australia, New Zealand, India): Complimentary. (Estimated 12-14 business days).

Priority Domestic & Regional: $14.95 AUD. (Estimated 7-10 business days domestically; 10-12 business days regionally).

Global Transit (Rest of World): $29.95 AUD. (Estimated 7-21 business days).

Will I have to pay import duties or customs taxes? Yes, depending on where you live. Because our pieces are dispatched directly from our master workshop in India to keep our supply chain direct, your package may be subject to localized customs duties or import taxes levied by your government. These charges are completely out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a Ready-to-Wear jacket? Yes. We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the day your package is delivered. The garment must be unworn, unmarked, and in its original premium packaging with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our processing hub in Melbourne, Australia.

Can I return a custom Made-to-Measure jacket? Because Made-to-Measure garments are uniquely tailored to your individual body dimensions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. However, if our tailors make an error that deviates from your submitted measurements, or if there is a structural manufacturing defect, we will completely rebuild the jacket for you.

Material Care

How do I care for my Kingsmen Couture leather or suede? Premium leather is alive, it changes, softens, and moulds to your body over time.

Leather: Avoid heavy rain. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally away from artificial heat. Clean it gently with a damp cloth and condition it once a year with a premium leather balm.

Suede: Never use water or liquid cleaners. Use a specialized suede brush to gently restore the nap and remove surface dirt. Always hang your outerwear on thick, structured wooden hangers to preserve the shape of the shoulders.
