At Kingsmen Couture, we are committed to ensuring your distinguished selections reach you with the utmost care and efficiency. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to provide a seamless delivery experience.

PROCESSING & HANDLING

All orders are subject to a meticulous processing period before shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for our atelier to prepare and dispatch your order. Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your Kingsmen Couture pieces securely and promptly. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 2-4 business days.

A flat rate for standard shipping applies to all domestic orders under [e.g., $200 AUD]. Complimentary Standard Shipping is provided for all domestic orders exceeding [e.g., $200 AUD].

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are delighted to offer international shipping to a selection of countries. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and the selected service.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Should you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, or if your tracking information indicates a successful delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact our Client Services Concierge at kingsmencoutureau@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in liaising with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the client, refusal of package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the client will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment.
