We offer free worldwide shipping.
Orders for stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom-made or made-to-measure orders require up to 14 business days for production prior to dispatch.

Kingsmen Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or courier services.

We accept returns and exchanges on stock items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

We will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.
