RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind the undeniable weight of our quality. When you order from Kingsmen Couture, we expect the fit, the feel, and the craftsmanship to exceed your expectations.

If a piece isn’t exactly right, we are here to help you resolve it. Because we offer both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure garments, our policies differ depending on how your piece was crafted.

Ready-to-Wear Collection

For our standard Ready-to-Wear jackets, footwear, and accessories, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be:

  • Unworn, unmarked, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Packed in its original Kingsmen Couture premium packaging, including garment bags and certificates of authenticity.

Please note: Try your jacket on indoors over a clean shirt. Leather and suede mold quickly to the wearer, and any item showing signs of wear, creasing, or fragrance cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Designs

Our Made-to-Measure pieces are crafted from scratch by our generational artisans in India to your exact individual dimensions. Because these garments are uniquely built for your body, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

We highly recommend following our visual measurement guide carefully before placing a custom order. If your custom jacket requires minor tweaking upon arrival, we suggest taking it to a trusted local leather tailor.

If an error was made on our end regarding the dimensions you provided, or if there is a structural defect, we will completely rebuild the piece or offer a full refund.

Global Return Shipping & The Australia Hub

While our jackets are dispatched directly from our artisans in India to get to you as fast as possible, all global returns are processed through our headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Australian hub. We highly recommend using a trackable express courier service (like DHL, FedEx, or AusPost International), as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • International Duties & Taxes: If your country applied import duties or local taxes when the package arrived, those are collected by your local government, not by Kingsmen Couture. Therefore, original duties and taxes are non-refundable through us.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging a Ready-to-Wear piece for a different size, we will cover the cost of shipping the new jacket back to you once the original is received and inspected in Melbourne.

Artisan Guarantee (faulty Items)

Our leather is rigorously inspected, but we are human, and our products are crafted by hand. If you believe your item has a genuine manufacturing or structural defect right out of the box, please email us immediately with clear photos. If the craftsmanship failed our standard, we will cover all return shipping costs and immediately repair or replace the item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our team at kingsmencoutureau@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order Number and whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with the exact shipping address for our Melbourne hub and instructions on how to securely pack the leather.
