RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Kingsmen Couture, your absolute satisfaction is paramount. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your purchase, ensuring ample time for your considered decision.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and within their original packaging. A proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our Client Services Concierge at kingsmencoutureau@gmail.com. Upon acceptance, we will provide comprehensive instructions and a return shipping label. Please note, returns cannot be processed without prior authorization.
DAMAGES & IMMEDIATE CONCERNS
We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt. Should you identify any defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact our Client Services Concierge immediately at kingsmencoutureau@gmail.com. We will promptly assess the situation and ensure a swift resolution.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY
Certain bespoke or highly personalized items are crafted specifically for you and, as such, are not eligible for return. Similarly, items purchased during special sale events or gift cards are considered final. Should you have any questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
EXCHANGES
For the most efficient exchange, we recommend initiating a return for your original item. Once your return is accepted, you may then proceed with a separate purchase for your desired new item.
EUROPEAN UNION CLIENTS
For our esteemed clients within the European Union, you are afforded a 14-day 'cooling off' period, granting the right to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and original packaging, alongside proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Should more than 15 business days elapse since your refund approval, please contact us directly at kingsmencoutureau@gmail.com.
